realest
Least fake possible
Realest is the superlative form of real, used almost exclusively in slang to mean most authentic or genuine: She's the realest person I know, Keep it real—be your realest self.
The standard superlative "most real" sounds clinical by comparison.
Realest carries warmth and street credibility, praising someone who doesn't pretend or put on airs.
