plasticuffs
Plastic binding strips
Plasticuffs are disposable restraints made of flexible plastic strips that lock when tightened, used like handcuffs.
Police use them for mass arrests when metal handcuffs would be impractical: Officers secured the protesters with plasticuffs.
They're also called zip-tie cuffs or flex-cuffs.
Unlike metal handcuffs, they must be cut off rather than unlocked.
