pizza day
School lunch celebration
Pizza day is a designated day when pizza is served, typically in schools, workplaces, or institutions with regular meal schedules.
It often carries nostalgic associations with childhood cafeteria lunches: Friday was pizza day, the only lunch worth buying.
The term can extend to any recurring pizza-focused occasion: Our office does pizza day every month.
