palm grip
Flat-hand grasp method
A palm grip is a way of holding something—typically a computer mouse or game controller—with the entire palm resting on the device and fingers extended over the buttons.
This grip style offers stability and comfort for extended use, contrasting with fingertip or claw grips where the palm stays elevated.
I switched to a palm grip to reduce wrist strain.
