overtalk
Speak beyond necessity
Overtalk means to talk over someone else, speaking while they're still speaking: She kept overtalking me in the meeting.
It can also mean to talk too much about something, elaborating beyond what's needed: Don't overtalk the point—they already understand.
The noun refers to overlapping speech or excessive explanation.
