nonmoral
Beyond ethical judgment
Nonmoral describes something outside the domain of moral judgment—neither right nor wrong, simply not a matter of ethics.
A rock falling is nonmoral; choosing to push someone is moral or immoral.
The term distinguishes things that don't involve ethical considerations from things that do: Weather patterns are nonmoral phenomena.
Compare with immoral, which means morally wrong.
