nincompoopery
Acts of stupidity
Nincompoopery is foolish or idiotic behavior, the kind of conduct you'd expect from a nincompoop.
The word emphasizes the absurdity or incompetence of actions rather than the person: The meeting devolved into pure nincompoopery.
It carries a playful, exasperated tone—more eye-rolling than genuinely insulting.
