littleness
State of diminution
Littleness is the quality or state of being little—small in size, amount, or significance.
The word applies both to physical dimensions and to abstract qualities like importance or generosity.
When describing a person's character, littleness often carries a negative connotation, suggesting pettiness or meanness of spirit: The littleness of his revenge surprised no one who knew him.
It can also simply denote the endearing smallness of children or small creatures.
