jim-jams
Sleepwear, or anxiety
Jim-jams is British informal for pajamas: The children were already in their jim-jams.
The word also means a state of nervous jitters or delirium tremens—the shakes and hallucinations from alcohol withdrawal: He had a bad case of the jim-jams after his bender.
