indisposition

Slight unwellness felt

Indisposition is a mild illness or feeling of unwellness—not serious enough to be called sickness, but enough to keep someone from normal activities: A slight indisposition kept her home from work.

The word can also mean reluctance or disinclination: his indisposition to help with the project.

Both senses are somewhat formal.
