incontestability
Cannot be disputed
Incontestability is the quality of being impossible to dispute or challenge.
The term appears most often in insurance law, where an incontestability clause prevents an insurer from denying claims after a policy has been in effect for a specified period: After two years, the policy's incontestability protected the beneficiaries from having their claim denied.
