green pass
Pandemic travel permit
A green pass is a document certifying vaccination or immunity status, particularly for COVID-19.
The term gained wide use during the pandemic when many countries required proof of vaccination for entry to restaurants, venues, and workplaces: You'll need your green pass to get into the concert.
The name derives from the pass functioning like a green light—permission to proceed.
