fussed

Made a to-do

Fussed is the past tense of fuss—to worry or make a commotion over something, often more than the situation warrants: She fussed over every detail of the wedding.

In British usage, I'm not fussed means "I don't mind" or "I have no strong preference": Tea or coffee? I'm not fussed.
