fun-sized
Small but complete
Fun-sized describes candy bars and other treats sold in miniature portions, typically for Halloween distribution.
The term is marketing spin—"fun" sounds better than "small." The irony extends to humorous self-description: a short person might call themselves fun-sized, reclaiming the euphemism: I'm not short, I'm fun-sized.
