fiscal year end
Accounting period close
Fiscal year end is the final day of a company's or organization's accounting year, when the books close for annual financial reporting.
Unlike a calendar year, a fiscal year can end on any date—many U.S. companies use September 30 or June 30.
Our fiscal year end falls in March, so tax season hits us early.
