finger tape
Climber's skin saver
Finger tape is adhesive tape wrapped around fingers for protection or support during physical activity.
Athletes use it to prevent blisters, reinforce grip, or stabilize joints—common in climbing, weightlifting, volleyball, and martial arts.
The tape is typically cloth-based and tears easily by hand: I always tape my fingers before a climbing session.
