Fagged means exhausted or worn out, chiefly British: I'm absolutely fagged after that hike.
To be fagged out is completely spent.
In British public school slang, to fag is to perform menial tasks for an older student, and a fag is the younger boy who does so.
Separately, fag is British slang for cigarette and American slang for a gay man (offensive).
