desk nap
Workplace sleep break
A desk nap is a brief sleep taken at one's workplace, typically with the head resting on folded arms or the desk surface.
The term acknowledges the practice without quite endorsing it: I snuck in a quick desk nap after lunch.
Sometimes called a power nap when framed more positively.
