demoters
Those who demote
Demoters are people or things that demote—that lower in rank, status, or position.
The word appears most often in workplace contexts where someone has authority to move employees down the hierarchy: The new CEO was known as a ruthless demoter of underperformers.
In sports, demoters relegate teams to lower divisions.
