Decafs is the plural of decaf—coffees or other beverages that have had most of their caffeine removed.
The term usually appears when ordering or discussing multiple servings: Two decafs and a regular, please.
It can also refer to different varieties of decaffeinated coffee: The café stocks three different decafs.
