cut lines
Edit script shorter
Cut lines are the marks or boundaries indicating where something should be cut, typically printed on paper, packaging, or other materials to guide trimming: Fold along the dotted line and cut along the cut lines.
In publishing and design, cut lines ensure printed materials are trimmed to their final size.
The term also appears in manufacturing for any marked separation point.
