Beyond all reason
Cray-cray is slang for crazy, used playfully or affectionately rather than clinically.
The reduplicated form softens the word, making it lighter and more humorous: That party was cray-cray, She's cray-cray but I love her.
The term emerged from hip-hop and internet culture in the early 2010s and now sounds somewhat dated.
