couth
Polished and mannered
Couth means refined, well-mannered, or socially polished—the opposite of uncouth.
The word is a back-formation, created humorously from uncouth as if that word had a positive counterpart: He's surprisingly couth for someone raised by wolves.
It's used almost exclusively in playful or ironic contexts.
