composite images
Merged visual elements
Composite images are pictures made by combining elements from multiple sources into a single image.
In photography and digital art, compositing merges separate photographs or graphics: The movie poster was a composite image of actors who never stood together.
In police work, composite images are facial reconstructions assembled from witness descriptions, built feature by feature to approximate a suspect's appearance.
