Line dancer onstage
A chorus dancer is a performer in the ensemble of a musical theater production, dancing in group numbers rather than featured solo roles.
The chorus provides the spectacle behind the principals—the synchronized kicks of a Broadway revue, the ballroom swirl behind the leads.
She started as a chorus dancer before landing her first speaking role.
