butt cheeks
Rounded seat muscles
Butt cheeks are the two fleshy rounded masses of the buttocks.
The term is slightly more playful or childish than simply saying buttocks: He slipped on the ice and landed right on his butt cheeks.
Often shortened to just cheeks in context: My cheeks are sore from that workout.
