bully stick
Canine rawhide alternative
A bully stick is a dried beef pizzle (penis) sold as a dog chew.
The euphemistic name obscures the anatomical origin, which surprises many pet owners.
Dogs find them highly palatable, and they're marketed as a natural, digestible alternative to rawhide: She gave the puppy a bully stick to keep him occupied.
