Vegas residency

Strip performer contract

A Vegas residency is an extended engagement where a performer gives regular concerts at a single Las Vegas venue rather than touring.

Once associated with aging entertainers settling down, residencies now attract major artists seeking steady income without travel: She announced a two-year Vegas residency at the MGM Grand.

The format lets performers build elaborate stage productions impossible to take on the road.
