Siegfried and Roy

Vegas magic duo

Siegfried and Roy were German-American entertainers famous for their Las Vegas magic act featuring white tigers and lions.

The duo—Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn—performed at the Mirage hotel for decades until a 2003 on-stage tiger attack critically injured Horn, ending the show.

Their names evoke elaborate illusions and exotic animal performance: It was like something out of Siegfried and Roy.
