Pokémon League

The Pokémon League is the governing body and championship system in the Pokémon franchise, where trainers compete in sanctioned battles to earn badges and ultimately challenge the Elite Four and Champion.

In the games and anime, reaching the Pokémon League represents the culmination of a trainer's journey: After collecting all eight badges, she finally made it to the Pokémon League.
