Married with Children
Bundy household comedy
Married with Children is an American sitcom that aired from 1987 to 1997, following the Bundy family—a dysfunctional working-class household headed by disgruntled shoe salesman Al Bundy.
The show's crude humor and anti-domestic comedy broke sharply from the wholesome family sitcoms of its era.
The phrase also describes the conventional life stage of being married and having children: He's married with children now.
