Secret mind control
MK Ultra was a covert CIA program (1953–1973) that conducted illegal experiments on unwitting human subjects, testing drugs like LSD, hypnosis, and psychological torture to explore mind control techniques.
The program has become shorthand for government conspiracy and unethical experimentation: That sounds like some MK Ultra shit.
