Kidz Bop
Squeaky-clean covers
Kidz Bop is a brand of compilation albums featuring children singing sanitized covers of popular songs, with lyrics altered to remove profanity, sexual references, and other adult content.
The name has become shorthand for any bowdlerized or family-friendly version of something edgier: They turned my screenplay into Kidz Bop.
