Happy Baby is a yoga pose where you lie on your back, grab the outsides of your feet, and draw your knees toward your armpits—mimicking how an infant might play with its toes.
The pose stretches the hips, groin, and lower back.
Also called dead bug pose or, in Sanskrit, Ananda Balasana.
