Chicago-style hot dog
Poppy-seeded encased meat
A Chicago-style hot dog is an all-beef frankfurter in a poppy seed bun, topped with yellow mustard, chopped white onions, bright green sweet pickle relish, a dill pickle spear, tomato slices, sport peppers, and celery salt—but never ketchup.
The combination is sometimes called "dragged through the garden." I'll have two Chicago dogs, no ketchup.
