witness prep
Pre-trial witness training
Witness prep is the process of preparing a witness to testify in legal proceedings.
Attorneys meet with witnesses beforehand to review expected questions, clarify facts, and help them present testimony clearly and confidently.
The goal is readiness, not coaching false answers—which would be unethical.
We spent three hours on witness prep before the deposition.
