White chocolate chips are small morsels of white chocolate, shaped like teardrops and used in baking.
White chocolate contains cocoa butter but no cocoa solids, giving it a pale color and sweeter, milder flavor than regular chocolate.
They appear in cookies, blondies, and other desserts: I added white chocolate chips to the macadamia nut cookies.
