unoffered

Unoffered describes something that has not been presented, proposed, or made available to others.

It typically applies to things that could reasonably be expected or hoped for but were withheld or simply never put forward: The unoffered apology hung between them for years.

The word often carries a sense of absence or missed opportunity, highlighting what someone chose not to give or say.
