unhappening

Unhappening describes something being undone or reversed as if it never occurred—erasing an event from reality or memory.

The word appears in speculative fiction and casual speech when someone wishes to undo what's already done: I can't unhappen what I said.

Also used for events losing their status: The concert is unhappening—they just canceled.
