unfurnish
Remove all furniture
To unfurnish is to remove furniture or furnishings from a space: They unfurnished the apartment before the renovation.
The word is rare, as English speakers more commonly say "empty out" or "clear out." The past participle unfurnished is far more common, describing a rental property without furniture included.
