turnkeys
Guards with keys
Turnkeys is the plural of turnkey, which has two distinct meanings.
A turnkey is a person who keeps the keys to a prison—a jailer or warden: The turnkey led the prisoner to his cell.
Separately, turnkey describes something delivered ready for immediate use: a turnkey solution, turnkey housing.
The buyer just turns the key and moves in.
