trick questions
Queries designed misleadingly
Trick questions are questions designed to mislead or trap the person answering.
They exploit ambiguity, assumptions, or wordplay to make the obvious answer wrong: How many animals did Moses take on the ark? (It was Noah, not Moses).
The term also applies more loosely to any question that's harder than it first appears.
