ta-da

Magician's big moment

Ta-da is an exclamation announcing a reveal or flourish, often accompanying a dramatic gesture: Ta-da! I finished the project!

It mimics a trumpet fanfare and conveys pride, playfulness, or theatrical flair.

The spelling varies: ta-da, ta-dah, tadaa.

Used sincerely by children showing off accomplishments, and ironically by adults presenting something underwhelming.
