splurgers
Those who indulge
Splurgers are people who splurge—who spend money freely and extravagantly, especially on indulgences or luxuries.
The term carries a slightly playful tone, acknowledging the impulsiveness without harsh judgment: The after-Christmas sales attract splurgers looking for deals on things they don't need.
