shadowless
Without dark double
Shadowless describes something that casts no shadow, either because light surrounds it evenly or because it lacks substance to block light.
The word appears in descriptions of diffuse lighting conditions, ghostly or ethereal figures, and metaphorically for things that leave no trace: a shadowless noon sun, moving through the world shadowless and unnoticed.
