scumbags
Despicable, worthless individuals
Scumbags is the plural of scumbag, a contemptuous term for despicable people—those seen as morally worthless or repugnant: Those scumbags cheated elderly people out of their savings.
The word originally meant a used condom, which explains its force as an insult.
Common in informal speech when expressing strong disgust or anger toward people perceived as lowlifes.
