road ragers
Furious highway hotheads
Road ragers are drivers who respond to traffic frustrations with aggressive or violent behavior—tailgating, screaming, making obscene gestures, or in extreme cases, physical confrontation.
The term frames such people as a recognizable type: Road ragers are the reason I avoid rush hour.
One who engages in road rage is a road rager.
