reidentified
Named once more
Reidentified means identified again, especially after a period of anonymity or obscurity.
The term appears most often in data privacy contexts, where reidentified data has been traced back to specific individuals after supposedly being anonymized: Researchers reidentified patients from the "anonymous" medical records.
It also applies to lost persons, remains, or specimens that have been matched to their identities anew.
