recondense
Gas becomes liquid
To recondense is to condense again—returning to a denser or more compact state after having expanded or dispersed.
The term appears most often in physics and chemistry, where vapor recondenses into liquid: Steam recondenses on cold surfaces.
It can also describe recompressing information or ideas that had been elaborated.
