Reboiling is boiling something again, typically liquid that has cooled or needs further processing.
In cooking, reboiling water or stock brings it back to temperature: I reboiled the water for a second cup of tea.
In industrial contexts, reboilers are heat exchangers that vaporize liquid in distillation columns.
